I am willing to sing in the choir(s) that I am assigned. *3. I understand that I am committing to the full season of the Salt Lake Choral Artists. I understand that I am expected to attend all scheduled rehearsals, dress rehearsals, and concerts for the entire season as scheduled. *5. I understand that if I miss two or more rehearsals for a concert preparation, I may attend a help session to make up the commensurate time. *6. I understand that if I miss two or more rehearsals, I may be asked to attend a testing session to show my level of preparation - usually scheduled prior to rehearsal during concert week. *7. I understand that if an emergency occurs and I must miss a rehearsal or concert on shortnotice, I must send an email to Dr. Allred notifying him of the situation and ask what I should do to resolve the missed preparation and/or resulting imbalance in the choir. *8. I understand that I must give adequate notice (4-6 weeks) of a scheduling conflict for a concert and, if so, I may be asked to pay for a substitute singer to perform in my place. *9. I understand that I am committing to pay a monthly tuition fee for a 12-month season that helps to cover my musical education, the costs of maintaining the SLCA building (the E. W. Garbett Center for Choral Music), the costs associated with music purchase and concert production, and to help pay the artistic and administrative staff salaries. *10.
